The Company Modulars Testimonials

Pre-fabulous: Why modular is the wave of the future.
Modular homes have been part of the American landscape for a century. Sears Roebuck introduced an early version in 1908, and sold more than 500,000 between 1910 and the 1940. After World War II, the demand for homes increased exponentially - demand outweighed supply. "Modular" provided the answer, and numerous modular homes were built in the 1950s.

Since then, modular homes have greatly increased in sophistication. They got larger. More intricate. More beautiful. More personal. Today, a high quality, energy efficient custom modular home is indistinguishable from even the most intricate stick-built model.
